Fee Note Program

Here is how it works

Below is a quick narrative example of the Fee Note Program and how it works.

We have a program with multiple lenders to help us close more small-cap loans ($1M to $5M).

The lenders are notifying us of borrowers approved for their loans, but the borrowers need an extra amount to close their loans.

For example, a $3M loan is ready to close, but the borrower is short $5,000 needed to complete the closing package. We then provide the $5,000 from our clients entering the Fee Note Program roughly 90 days (plus grace days) before the borrower’s loan closing and funding. Within this time frame, there is an executed commitment between the lender and the borrower. When the loan closes and funds are disbursed, our clients are paid the initial $5,000 out of loan proceeds plus the promised return and any late fees owed if the loan closing is delayed.

If you wish to proceed, we will gather your details, initiate an invoice sent online in the amount you'd like to start with and when the funds are received we would execute a Promissory Note with you, which we guarantee. We suggest starting and finishing one Fee Note and when your Note closes we would return your principal plus the return and any late fees so you can re-enter immediately or get involved again in the future as Notes become available from our lenders.

We have clients currently getting started with amounts from $10,000 to $50,000.
